Shipping policy

FREE shipping on all orders.  Breezy Cove only ships within the United States at this time.  Please make sure to ship to a secure address.

We make every effort to ship out your orders quickly.  Orders placed by 2 p.m. ET ship same day from our Twinsburg, Ohio studio. Items ship Monday through Friday and do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation. If you do not see your confirmation, please check your junk/spam mail and email us at hello@shopbreezycove.com for more information.

We want to provide the best experience and help you plan for the scheduled arrival of your order. Please understand that shipping by carriers may experience delays starting from early November through Christmas Day due to increased volume.

Once we process your order, it gets scanned in by the carrier who transports and delivers your order.  Keep in mind that for many carriers, especially USPS, the number of days quoted in the shipping method is an estimate and not a guarantee.  We do not offer refund shipping costs for slow or delayed packages due to the shipping carrier.  

We are not responsible for lost package once tracking says it was delivered.  If your package is showing delivered and you have not received it, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to see if they can help you locate your package.  Please ship to a secure address and contact shipping company if a problem arises.

Please make sure you enter your delivery address correctly, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer at checkout.
