Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a standard return, contact us at hello@shopbreezycove.com. If your product includes a product-specific guarantee, follow the instructions listed on that product page. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for standard returns. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves our studio. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item — we’ll evaluate the issue and help make it right.

within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to reach a satisfactory solution.
If damage cannot be verified through photos or proof of damage in transit, the order may be ineligible for refund or replacement.
Product-Specific Guarantees
Breezy Cove products are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can try it and see how it works for you. If it’s not the right fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund you up to the cost of one item, based on that product’s guarantee. If a product-specific guarantee is offered, it applies only to that item and only under the terms stated on that product page. Unless a product page states otherwise, our standard return policy for unused items in original packaging still applies.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital printables, clearance items, or gift cards.
Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g. Christmas, Easter, and Halloween items) may be returned up to 21 days prior to the holiday, in original condition, and with a receipt and must meet the return conditions above.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 days of processing your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
